is an Embedded Motion Control System where the hydraulic servo
valve and control devises are mounted directly on the toolspindle
unit. Program information is thereby retained in the unit.
The EPIC R/T's flexibility is ideal for job shops running smaller
lot sizes. Industrial computer installed in the pendant
control eliminates the vertical CNC tower and separate operator
interface, reducing wiring and eases troubleshooting.
