Sales Administrative Assistant
This professional must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in an environment with diverse responsibilities.
This position's purpose is to assist our customers, sales associates, or management with administrative support to
process orders and achieve customer satisfaction. This process involves preparing detailed and complex quotes and
proposals for our customers with engineering support. Communication is received in several different forms dependent
upon the customer's preferred method (fax, telephone, e-commerce). This position requires exceptional time
management skills with a customer service focus. This professional must be self-motivated, project driven, a team player,
and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Hydromat provides excellent customer service and will not

equivalent combination of both. Strong experience in a role supporting Executive level management is required.
Purchasing Agent
The purpose of this position is to assist internal customers with component procurement through formulating various
quotes and proposals per customer's specifications. Orders are received from different processes which require this
position to review drawings, assemblies, actual parts, and/or standard requisitions. The orders placed range from simple
to complex scenarios which require research. Once the order is placed, this position manages suppliers to ensure all
necessary items are established to satisfy on time delivery! This position requires some mechanical background or
similar demonstrated competence to read and comprehend mechanical drawings. This professional must be selfmotivated,
project driven, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. An Associates degree
and equivalent industry experience (2 years) is required. Strong experience ERP software utilization and CAD viewing is
highly preferred, EPICOR and/or SAP is preferred.
Electrician
This technician is responsible for constructing electrical panels, wiring and testing machines. This candidate
must be experienced with wiring per electrical schematics. Efficient with hand tools, drilling and tapping, and use
of jig saws. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, AC/DC circuits, and three phase motor circuits. Associate's
degree (A. A.) in Industrial Electronics Technology or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum two
(2) years practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must be able to travel
50% of the total work time.
Electrical Technician
This professional will integrate control circuits for machine functions such as motor controls, sequence of operation,
timers, limit switches, interlock and safety devices, sizing of fuses, overloads and wire, and panel layouts. Will also
design logic and programming of GE Fanuc CNC and PLC controllers, Robot controllers, and Allen-Bradley PLC's. Travel to
customer facilities for installation and trouble shooting - candidate must be able to travel 50% of the total work time.
Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment. Strong experience with Servo drives and CNC controllers required.
Thorough understanding of the File Management - CNC Setting tool to establish hardware configuration. Associate's degree (A. A.)
in Industrial Electronics Technology or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; minimum two (2) years practical
experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (electronics field of machine tools).
Hydromat Technician & Repair Technician
To apply for this opportunity you must have either electrical and/or mechanical knowledge or experience associated with
machine tools (i.e.: lathe, mill, EDM, grinding, PLC and CNC setup/operating/programming). This position requires assembly
work (i.e.: part loaders, cross slides, pick off units, special attachments), R&D capability studies with CNC units and/or
prototype equipment, and cutting tool tests. For the individuals that possess enthusiasm and electrical experience,
knowledge of programmable logic controllers, AC/DC circuits, three phase motor circuits and are experienced with wiring
per electrical schematics; efficient with hand tools, drilling and tapping, and use of jig saws then we have the place for

(domestic and international). These positions (mechanical and electrical) require the technician to troubleshoot Hydromat's
electrically, mechanically, and hydraulically. Associate's degree (AA) in Industrial Electronics Technology or Precision
Machining from a two-year college or technical school is highly preferred and/or the equivalent; minimum two (2) years
practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Tool Room Grinder
This professional must have at least 2 years experience with operation, programming, and setup of an ANCA grinder
(TX7 or similar). This positions requires multiple setups and proficient operation of grinder grinding machines with
horizontal or vertical spindle and reciprocating or rotating table to grind flat or contoured surfaces of metal workpieces
usually for limited runs, analyzing specifications and selecting tooling according to knowledge of surface grinding procedures.
Must have experience in geometries, clearance angles, and tolerances required to make and troubleshoot cutting tools
including drills, step drills, reamers, ID boring tools, end mills, and insertable, custom tooling. Must be fluent in manual
cutter grinders, surface grinders and ID/OD grinders. Experience operating programming Tru tech grinders (centerless grinder)
is a plus. Must be self-motivated, project driven, and work well in a team environment.
Machinist Apprentice
Candidates will be required to complete an 8000-hour training program focused on achieving a Journeyman Machinist card including
NIMS credentialing for machining Level I &II. This candidate will be required to learn/operate milling machines (manual and CNC),
lathes (manual and CNC), grinding, CMMs, heat treating, basic engineering, basic electrical/electronics, quality assurance,
welding, paint, and assembly & customer service operations associated with the Hydromat ® machines. High school diploma or
equivalent, and basic machining knowledge or NIMS level I credentials required.
