CNC Machinist

This candidate will be required to operate milling machines (manual and CNC), lathes (manual and CNC), grinding, CMMs, heat treating, inspect and/or grind parts to blueprint specifications in the tool room as required when inspection duties are completed. Inspect machine parts to B/P specifications as follows, reading and interpreting blueprints, linear measuring instruments, and precision measuring instruments. Machine Parts to blueprint specifications using, vertical milling machine set-up and operations, tool room and engine lathe set-up and operations, upright drilling machine set-up and operations working knowledge and use of semi-precision and precision tools. Hydromat Technician

To apply for this opportunity you must have either electrical and/or mechanical knowledge or experience associated with machine tools (i.e.: lathe, mill, EDM, grinding, PLC and CNC setup/operating/programming). These positions require assembly work (i.e.: part loaders, cross slides, pick off units, special attachments), R&D capability studies with CNC units and/or prototype equipment, and cutting tool tests. For the individuals that possess enthusiasm and electrical experience, knowledge of programmable logic controllers, AC/DC circuits, three phase motor circuits and are experienced with wiring per electrical schematics; efficient with hand tools, drilling and tapping, and use of jig saws then we have the place for you to apply and showcase your talent and skills. Mechanical candidates must be willing to travel 30% – 40% of the time (domestic and international). These positions (mechanical and electrical) require the technician to troubleshoot Hydromat’s electrically, mechanically, and hydraulically. Associate's degree (AA) in Industrial Electronics Technology or Precision Machining from a two-year college or technical school is highly preferred and/or the equivalent; minimum two (2) years practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Manager of Project Engineering

This open position will required leadership and responsibility for the mechanical design of Hydromat ® machines while providing technical support, design all cutting tools required to machine high-volume production parts, design mechanical mechanisms. This candidate will be Supervisor of the Mechanical Project Engineering. This candidate will establish and/or oversee the documentation of special designed items for build process, part sequence layout and machining process, and customer documentation manuals including hydraulic/pneumatic schematics where required. Manage workflow with affiliate in Switzerland. Daily interface between Hydromat and manufacturing facilities, as well as all suppliers in Europe. Manage procurement and manufacturing of equipment to meet build schedules. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with minimum of 5 to 7 years demonstrated industrial experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or a Senior Machine Design Engineer with supervision experience. Machinist Apprentice

Candidates will be required to complete an 8000-hour training program focused on achieving a Journeyman Machinist card including NIMS credentialing for machining Level I &II. This candidate will be required to learn/operate milling machines (manual and CNC), lathes (manual and CNC), grinding, CMMs, heat treating, basic engineering, basic electrical/electronics, quality assurance, welding, paint, and assembly & customer service operations associated with the Hydromat ® machines. Project Engineer

This position requires the ability to provide leadership and maintain responsibility for the mechanical design of Hydromat® machines while providing technical support to customers. This position will design and prepare drawings to fabricate all cutting tools required to machine high-volume production parts. Knowledge of cutting tool geometry as well as speeds and feeds for metal cutting is essential. Should also be able to design mechanical mechanisms such as part handling devices. Must be able to correspond verbally and in writing to customers in a professional manner. Must be proficient in mechanical drafting discipline and knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Inventor, and MS Office Suite. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience in manufacturing. Regional Sales Manager

This professional must be a highly motivated individual wanting to join the Hydromat sales team. This candidate must possess a 3-5 years sales experience in the metal cutting equipment or an associated industry with a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication and people skills, with computer and software competencies. Develop machine sales in a given geographical territory at a level to meet or exceed a sales quota -Establish new accounts - Applying Company product to assist customers in achieving improved productivity, optimization of resources, in order to minimize costs and maximize profits. - Coordinates account management strategies with Sales/Service Representatives - Organizes territory market strategies for effective market growth and penetration - Develop opportunities to present Company concepts to all potential and current customers in a given territory. - Provides input on local market trends to management - Develops sales activity to meet monthly, quarterly and annual territory forecasts - Writes sales orders for standard and custom equipment using company procedures - Works as a team with the territory sales representatives. Tornos Service Technician

This position provides technical support and assistant to the customer through service, maintain and modify all products, standard product lines, specials and multi-spindle Tornos system. Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. This candidate must have fundamental electrical, electronic, and mechanical knowledge associated with multi-spindle machines. This individual will be required to install and service Tornos machines at the customer’s facilities. This candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international). This position requires assembly work, R&D capability studies with prototype equipment, and cutting tool tests for customers. This position will require troubleshooting Tornos electrically and mechanically. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum two years related experience and/or training per year of education; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
